I went to this place and got a sundae and was eating what I thought was whip cream turned out to be a napkin folded bunched up in the sundae square box they gave me how and why??? I did not complain to them because it was a to go

Ordered 60 cups of ice cream for a graduation party. Had a whole conversation about a freezer being included and what kind of car the freezer would fit in. He said any SUV. I told him I would return it on Sunday and he responded with Monday is fine. Went to pick it up today, and there is no freezer. He is now flat out lying about our conversation. Be careful about ordering anything for parties!

Great homemade ice cream. But we were disappointed they didn't have any yogurt and the ice cream was quite soft but yummy. Great service and good size portion.

I wish that had a good review to write but I do not. Last Sunday was the worse experience ever the young African American woman working the counter in the driveway had the most jacked up attitude ever. I mean how she talked to me she should not work with guest customers. I had ordered a blizzard snickers and it did not taste like snickers at all more like grounded up nuts were in it. So asked for a remake immediately after a couple of spoons. I returned and shared with the second young lady with a positive attitude that was working . I really appreciate her and her willingness to go the extra mile to remake my order until the other young lady with the bad attitude told her not too. After I shared with the nice employee that wanted to speak with the manager or the owner is when I got my money back then told by the other worker with a bad attitude to get out my car and throw the blizzard away. I just couldn't believe how this girl talked to me. This is not the first she's been rude based on previous visit.s this is the farworse that drove me to leave this review. I will never come back to this location again because of her horrible customer service and the way she fixed

Always great. Spouse Like A House is my new favorite ice cream there. It has huge chunks of peanut butter. Always busy when we go, but the line usually moves pretty well. So many great flavors that it's difficult to decide.
